My clients accepted an offer and closed on it all in the same day!

So you may be asking, how does that even happen? Well, here is the story...

When something like this does happen, it takes a lot of things coming together. My client, the seller is a Real Estate Investor and knows their way around Real Estate transactions. They feel more comfortable with a lot of things because they are more experienced in transactions and do a log of business. So, when a unique opportunity came up, they were not as intimidated or concerned as a typical home seller may have been, so this has just as much to do with their skills and knowledge as it did with the buyer.


Now, on to the buyer. The buyer brought with them a unique set of skills as well. This buyer happened to be in a profession that allowed them to know their way around Real Estate. They knew all the ins and outs of title work and everything to do with the transfer/ closing. They also were able to get the transaction closed the same day due to their experience and career experience/ connections.


This truly is a very rare thing, but one that worked out with everyone bringing experiences that worked well together to the table.
